As a Senior IT Product Analyst supporting Sentry's Customer Data Platform via our home grown CustomerOne system, you'll have the opportunity to lead and participate in the creation of innovative capabilities that benefit all of Sentry's business units. This position can be filled as a Senior IT Product Analyst or an IT Product Analyst based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex initiatives while owning team decisions regarding product requirements and guiding projects to successful implementation.
  • Leverage a comprehensive understanding of the business, technology landscape, customer preferences, and industry trends to contribute to the future of the IT product vision and strategy.
  • Effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders throughout the organization, spanning from customers and leadership to team members, to gain alignment with the overarching IT vision and product strategy.
  • Actively mentor peers, providing guidance and feedback while also fostering continuous improvement within team processes and methodologies.
  • Contribute to shaping business cases and definition of value, scope, and effective measurement of features and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Information Systems, Business analysis, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience; 4 or more years preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in leading large-scale projects and initiatives preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business process, insurance products, and customer needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills preferred.
  • Experience in organizing and analyzing data to drive decisions.
