About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Designer to join the User Centered Design Team within the Advisor Platforms Product Management organization to lead the end-to-end user experience of our Salesforce Client Relationship Management product suite within our advisor platforms. The Advisor Platforms Product Management group leads the strategy, design, and prioritization of a full suite of digital advisor tools that enable growth across WIM's full-service and independent advisor channels. The team works in close collaboration with leadership, stakeholders and the user community across all Wealth & Investment Management product verticals and 3rd Party FinTech to craft a seamless experience for Financial Advisors and Client Associates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, strategy, and implementation of digital product design experiences within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite of applications on our advisor platforms.
  • Perform discovery, iterative design, testing, and outcome measurement to define core product offerings with innovative UX/UI design that leverages Salesforce platform technologies.
  • Craft end-to-end user journeys that seamlessly integrate CRM capabilities throughout the platform.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to drive value, growth, and optimize delivery by employing best practices in user centered design and agile development.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership through compelling design communication.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to ensure the user experience is a key part of the product offering.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of web application and/or enterprise design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years' experience designing experiences for enterprise platforms that includes customer relationship management.
  • 2+ years' experience leading design on complex initiatives for large-scale, multi-user platforms.
  • Experience with current Salesforce platform technologies.
  • Experience with Lightning Design System.
  • Figma expertise, including working with design systems and prototyping.
  • Demonstrated information architecture ability expressing complex data into dashboard summaries with actionable insights.
  • Data Visualization is a big plus.
  • Ability to incorporate AI technologies in design solutions.
  • Experience working independently with stakeholders across all disciplines leading design from concept to completion.
  • Wealth Management or Fintech experience.
