About the position

At Viva Memory Care at Dresher, located in the Greater Philadelphia Area, you will be the friendly guide introducing prospective residents to a vibrant new place to call home. This role involves hosting engaging tours of our Memory Care community and building relationships through community events, lunches, networking, and consistent follow-up. You will enable occupancy growth with strategy, goal-setting, and CRM mastery, showcasing Dresher’s standout amenities such as a single-level community, multiple outdoor patios, a library, weekly bus trips, daily activities, television & spa rooms, and more. Requirements

• 3+ years in relationship sales (senior living experience a plus)
• Superior communication and people-skills
• Strong organizational instincts and diligent follow-up
• Tech comfort—MS Office, CRM systems & Internet based applications
• A heart for helping seniors thrive
