About the position

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing within the U.S. Vision Care Organization to be in Jacksonville, FL. The Senior Manager, Customer Marketing will lead a high-performing team responsible for growing the contact lens category and the ACUVUE® brand in the US market, across key US customer groups. This role is responsible for leading Strategic Accounts Joint Business Planning, which consists of developing insights based, channel-specific and customer-specific shopper and professional marketing strategies and business plans, designed to grow contact lens penetration and drive ACUVUE® sales. The Vision team is focused on developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments to improve and expand vision treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team responsible for growing the contact lens category and the ACUVUE® brand in the US market.
  • Develop insights based, channel-specific and customer-specific shopper and professional marketing strategies and business plans.
  • Grow contact lens penetration and drive ACUVUE® sales.
  • Manage digital advertising, database marketing, price promotions, POP, customer events and all communication touch points with US contact lens shoppers.
  • Partner with the US ACUVUE® brand team and US Strategic Accounts team to achieve brand and customer objectives.
  • Develop and measure performance with KPI indicators across all initiatives.
  • Report results to senior management and relevant collaborators across the organization.
  • Manage a trade marketing budget across multiple channels and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of business/work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or sales experience with a strong track record of business results.
  • Experience in a MedTech/medical device business is preferred.
  • Strong track record of success developing and driving business plans, measuring and delivering results.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams across a matrix.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set a vision, identify new opportunities, develop new ways of working, pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Proven leadership ability; capable of motivating and managing cross-functional teams across a matrix.
  • Must be able to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
