Our Growth Marketing team is looking to add a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing with expert-level customer acquisition experience across SEM, ABM, and paid social channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook / Meta). In this highly analytical and hands-on role, you'll build, manage, and optimize campaigns that directly impact business growth. You'll partner cross-functionally with business unit leads, analytics, and data teams to manage large budgets, track and report on performance metrics, and unlock new growth channels. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being deep in the data, has strong technical and marketing instincts, and thrives in a performance-driven, test-and-learn environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEM, ABM, and paid social channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business unit leads, analytics, and data teams.
  • Manage large marketing budgets and track performance metrics.
  • Unlock new growth channels through data analysis.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns from impression to conversion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in paid social and SEM, with a track record of driving measurable growth in B2B SaaS demand generation funnels.
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Direct experience managing marketing budgets of $50M+.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with campaign execution and optimization across the full funnel.
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce for performance tracking and attribution.
  • Experience building campaigns end-to-end, including budget allocation, ad uploads, tracking/tagging, and GTM milestone planning.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance to the Ad Group, Campaign, and Keyword level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with SQL or automation tools for reporting and performance insights.
  • Enjoys working directly in platform data and uncovering trends that drive performance.
  • Strong communication skills; proactively shares insights and flags issues before they escalate.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-directed in managing projects from start to finish.
  • Creative thinker with a bias for testing, iteration, and continuous optimization.
  • Comfortable building rapport across functions and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-growing environment with evolving priorities.
