As Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you’ll get to shape and scale a modern digital fundraising function—leveraging automation, segmentation, and experimentation to turn curiosity into commitment and one-time givers into loyal supporters. We are seeking an entrepreneurial team member to lead our strategy to acquire, retain, and grow our retail (small-dollar) donor base. This role combines digital marketing expertise with a deep understanding of donor journeys, CRM, and conversion tactics. You will design and test new acquisition campaigns, optimize retention and upsell strategies, and ensure our digital platforms and email systems are seamless and effective. Reporting to the Director of Growth Communications, this is a hands-on role, ideal for a growth-oriented marketer or fundraiser who thrives on data, experimentation, and scaling impact.
