The Senior Manager of Digital Product Management is a strategic leader responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, focused on assessing customer needs and inspiring cross functional product teams to find the fastest way to achieve value around those needs. The Senior Manager, DPM focuses on proactively guiding and executing the delivery of business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer sentiment through the production of quality products. The Senior Manager, DPM is accountable for driving and executing the vision and development of the e-Commerce digital product roadmap across multiple classes of trade. Within their designated product function, this role oversees the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, guiding cross-functional teams including engineering, development, UX Design, Marketing, and Sales to value-driven outcomes. They set priorities for the squads, make appropriate digital product tradeoffs, guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization, support cross-functional product teams, and measure success of initiatives. This role is responsible for managing our Post Purchase workstream of our e-Commerce solution and requires a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical and technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments.
