We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Operations to lead the systems, tools, and processes that power Strava’s Growth Marketing organization. This role supports the Acquisition, Retention, and MarTech teams—bringing structure, clarity, and executional excellence to high-impact marketing work. This person will own key operational workflows, streamline cross-functional collaboration, and accelerate time-to-launch for our campaigns and experiments.
