About the position

The Sr Manager, Influencer Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of all aspects of the Ashley brand's influencer partnerships. You will identify and build relationships with industry influencers, develop and execute influencer campaigns, and measure the success of those campaigns. You will report on program performance and make actionable recommendations to continually improve performance and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer strategy that aligns with the company's strategic goals and maximizes ROI.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from ideation to execution across various platforms, including creator platform - CreatorIQ.
  • Identify new influencer partnership opportunities that align with our target audience and brand values.
  • Liaison between influencers/ambassadors and the Ashley brand.
  • Manage influencer & ambassador relationships, contract negotiations, content planning, and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with larger marketing team to develop 360-influencer campaigns.
  • Work cross functionally with merchandising, supply chain and visual design departments to execute on partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with internal business units and third-party suppliers with the ability to build strong internal relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits.
  • Measure the success of influencer campaigns against established KPIs.
  • Prepare and present project information and analysis to senior management/executives when required.
  • Demonstrates the company's values in all aspects of their work performance.
