About the position

Golin Dallas is hiring a Senior Manager (Account Supervisor), Influencer Connector. We are also open to candidates that are based in New York. As an Influencer Connector, you are a relentless Influencer marketing powerhouse navigating the entire digital media landscape. Your role will include identifying influencers who are relevant to the brand and their brand reputation, managing influencer relationships in a mutually beneficial way to maximize your client's investment. You'll integrate across digital platforms, organic and paid channels to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Work in close collaboration with account leads and digital team members to deliver best-in-class influencer strategy and work
  • Drive and oversee campaign development and execution, including paid media, community management, analytics, strategy, creative and influencer marketing
  • Align brand reputation when activating influencer strategies
  • Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships
  • Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships
  • Serve as expert in fully integrated public relations and digital / social programs
  • Cultivate a culture of support, growth and partnership among team
  • Experience leading and project managing paid social, influencer and social campaigns across social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Experience executing brand-level influencer marketing strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluency
  • Serve as an ambassador of Golin's capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities
  • Take a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting efforts
  • Serve as culture builder and mentor, driving innovation and ideas while sparking team members' careers
  • Manage financials, including budgets and billing, projections and staffing
  • Manage several team members and play a key role in the Digital leadership team supporting team growth, morale and thought leadership efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • 5 - 7 years of experience driving and executing digital / social media / influencer marketing campaigns
  • Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Experience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
  • Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner
  • Confidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situation
  • A solutions-oriented mindset
  • A self-starter mentality - you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next
