We're looking for a multifaceted Senior Marketing Manager to support T-Mobile's fast-growing Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) business, which is focused on connecting brands with their key audiences by providing relevant, data-driven content. T-Mobile Advertising Solutions' goal is to give brands the ability to connect with key consumers with the right message at the right time, on the right device, to drive the right action. This role will be pivotal in driving T-Ads' paid media programs, managing CRM and marketing operations, and owning performance analytics to scale B2B demand generation efforts. You'll lead the development and execution of media campaigns that generate qualified leads, support revenue growth, and solidify T-Mobile's position in the advertising space. You will partner closely with commercial, media, analytics, RevOps, and creative teams to bring marketing strategies to life from planning and execution to measurement and optimization. An understanding of the evolving MarTech/AdTech space and the ability to articulate and positively orchestrate complex marketing plans across multiple channels and teams are critical for success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media plans to drive brand awareness and demand generation goals
  • Plan and execute digital media campaigns to distribute and leverage content across channels for the best results
  • Build and execute integrated B2B lead generation campaigns across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and LinkedIn
  • Optimize channel performance and drive ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies
  • Develop and manage lead generation channels through a variety of methods including email, paid and search advertising, social and more
  • Website management and contact forms in alignment with CRM
  • Leverage data, analytics and segmentation to identify opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable integrated marketing plans that improve performance and deliver on objectives
  • Manage budget for paid media and integrated marketing events
  • Develop efficient inbound and outbound lead generation channels
  • Bring an understanding of growth and optimization best practices such as A/B testing to optimize email while increasing KPIs
  • Lead marketing operations initiatives including CRM database hygiene, campaign tracking infrastructure, and Martech integrations
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to develop compelling content and creative assets that resonate with B2B buyers
  • Build and manage metrics frameworks to measure success from marketing initiatives including paid media and events
  • Manage CRM-driven nurture workflows and lead scoring models in collaboration with the Salesforce and Rev Ops teams
  • Partners with T-Ads marketing and creative teams along with agencies on creation of world-class creative assets that speaks to the audience and campaign objectives

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of ad tech marketing experience
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, demand generation, and CRM-based marketing
  • Experience developing and optimizing lead scoring models, nurture journeys, and database segmentation
  • Highly experienced with marketing and CRM tech for lead generation and nurturing including Pardot and Salesforce
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Understand funnels, ecosystems, advertiser behaviors to identify opportunities and drive ROI
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into tactical plans with a high degree of autonomy
  • Highly experienced in B2B marketing, including MQL and SQL
  • Proficient with budget planning and performance reporting skills
  • An ability to initiate and steer projects to completion
  • An understanding of social media channels and how to optimize social media campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
