Walmart Marketplace is seeking an experienced and insights-driven Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to lead engagement strategies that drive seller success across the end-to-end journey on our platform. In this role, you'll develop and execute programs that promote onboarding, retention, and growth of sellers through personalized, data-informed communications across multiple owned channels-including email, SMS, in-app experiences, and Seller Center. You will design strategies aligned to key business outcomes, deepen engagement across lifecycle stages, and partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, relevant seller experiences at scale. Collaboration will be key as you'll work closely with teams in Product, Seller Success, Marketing Analytics, Content Strategy, Education, and Tech to craft impactful campaigns that empower sellers to thrive on Walmart Marketplace. This role is a key part of a team that leads seller engagement, communication and marketing for one of the fastest-growing eCommerce platforms.
