About the position

The Senior Manager Multicultural Marketing will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution behind THD's Multicultural Marketing initiatives. This person will be responsible for leading a team that designs audience-based marketing strategies designed around growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders (e.g., Customer Insights, Marketing Analytics, HD.com, Merchandising, Marketing, PR, & Social). Responsible for effectively driving education & partnerships internally/externally in the organization.
  • Design and execute audience-marketing strategy for Agile campaigns (developing hypothesis, data strategy; creative strategy, activation and reporting activities). Strategic recommendations to scale Agile Marketing, integration into business priorities; share knowledge with stakeholders. Direct external agency team.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on-time/budget & determine effectiveness of Agile spend/resource. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring impact of audience-marketing programs, & analyze effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results. Build weekly status reports and executive-level presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office.
  • Ability to understand the basics of technology associated with social media, customer communications, online marketing and eBusiness.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think and respond quickly maintaining attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Retail Marketing experience.
  • Data analytics experiences.
  • Programmatic buying, audience-centered marketing experience is a plus.
  • Budget Management.
  • Agency Account/Project Management.
