Responsibilities

  • Lead messaging, positioning, and go-to-market planning for new features, products, and key initiatives to ensure strong market fit and adoption.
  • Own the product marketing roadmap, coordinating launch strategies and execution across Product, Growth, Success, and Enablement teams.
  • Drive awareness and adoption by closely collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and Support to align messaging with user needs.
  • Oversee and mentor leaders across critical areas of Product Marketing.
  • Align education, certification, and enablement initiatives with core product marketing goals, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic impact.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key product marketing KPIs across lifecycle stages, including adoption, activation, and customer enablement effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of the HighLevel platform, with the ability to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • A deep understanding of the Marketing Agency industry and the role that agencies play in growing small businesses around the world.
  • A deep understanding of 'Digital Marketing' culture, including its influencers, its top content producers, its top communities, and its top events & masterminds.
  • Broad marketing expertise, with enthusiasm for product positioning, customer education, GTM strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong strategic execution skills, with a bias for action, high accountability, and the ability to lead initiatives with minimal direction.
  • Customer-first thinking, with the ability to empathize with user pain points and build messaging and experiences that drive adoption.
  • Excellent project leadership in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing priorities, stakeholders, and timelines with confidence.
  • Multitasking mastery, able to drive multiple concurrent workstreams across education, enablement, and GTM planning.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with clear, concise writing and the ability to influence across levels and functions.
  • Experience working in or alongside product-led growth (PLG) models, with a strong grasp of user behavior, onboarding, and self-serve adoption flows.

Nice-to-haves

  • 7-8 years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, preferably with exposure to education, enablement, or certification programs.
  • Experience influencing both strategic decisions and tactical execution within a cross-functional SaaS environment.
  • Proven leadership experience - including mentoring or managing cross-functional contributors or teams.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Track record of owning and launching go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
  • Empathy for end users - especially agencies and service providers.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Hubspot/Salesforce/ActiveCampaign, funnel/automation tools, or community-led growth models.
