About the position

At Klipboard, we are seeking a driven, confident, and passionate Senior Marketing Executive with an abundance of ideas to plan, manage, and execute marketing strategies targeting North American customers and events. Reporting to the Head of Global Customer Marketing and Events, you will work alongside like-minded marketers based in the UK, North America, and South Africa, as well as collaborate with the Klipboard global design teams. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering exciting, forward-thinking campaigns and enticing content, as well as organizing and attending trade shows and events both internal and external.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of omni-channel campaigns to the North American market to support lead generation.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Organise and manage trade shows, events, seminars, webinars, corporate hospitality, and conferences (travel may be required).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging and informative content through excellent copywriting skills.
  • Research industry and technology trends.
  • Reach out to happy customers for testimonials and reviews.
  • Write and proofread copy for print and digital material.
  • Run social media campaigns, creating engaging content and scheduling posts.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Bring new, exciting, and creative ideas to the table.
  • Ensure the brands are continually unified and improved.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years + previous experience as a marketing executive/coordinator.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Self-motivated and a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Great organisation, time-management, and planning skills.
  • Social media awareness, interest, and knowledge.
  • Ability to report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Great data management skills.
  • Good research and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to get stuck in.
  • Full UK driving license.

Nice-to-haves

  • BSc/BA in marketing, business or relevant discipline.
  • Experience using marketing software/tools such as HubSpot, CRM, Adobe, Canva.
  • Knowledge of ERP or business IT systems.
