About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to support initiatives in Growth Marketing, Tagging, and MarTech Management. In this role, you will develop and implement complex, highly visible Growth Marketing campaigns across owned and paid digital and mail channels. You will help coordinate tagging implementation on a robust test and learn agenda with a focus on creative optimizations to improve customer experience (CX) and conversion. The position requires collaboration with Program Managers, Campaign Managers, and Senior Leadership to understand prioritization of initiatives. You will lead refinement sessions with a cross-functional team to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes. Additionally, you will produce business requirement artifacts, manage the Campaign Implementation MarTech roadmap, and capabilities advancement including managing Third Party web hosting vendor relationships. You will be responsible for documenting tagging and working with Marketing Analytics, Test Design, and internal teams to coordinate and validate tagging implementation. Furthermore, you will drive all privacy/GCQ and other digital controls as needed, ensuring creative elements are thoroughly tested for best practices, accuracy, proper functionality, and required tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Document tagging and coordinate with Marketing Analytics and internal teams.

  • Ensure creative elements are tested for best practices and required tracking.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Platforms, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of consultative product management or related technical experience.
  • 2+ years supporting paid media marketing analysis using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • 3+ years in tag implementation processes using tools like Adobe Tag, Google Tag Manager, or Tealium IQ.
  • 2+ years in tag data quality management using tools similar to QA2L.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of digital channels including paid search, websites, and email.
  • Experience leading collaboration across project managers in different functional areas.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous information into well-defined plans.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
