Researching clients, market trends, and background information is essential to fully understand the local competitive landscape. The position requires managing social media accounts and website content updates, as well as project and client data in firmwide databases. Coordination of events, public relations efforts, advertisements, materials for trade shows, content for speaking engagements, direct mail campaigns, and award submittals is also part of the job. The individual will initiate strategy behind the collateral content and support firmwide initiatives, maintaining open and clear communication. A creative approach to tasks and responsibilities is necessary, along with self-checking work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility. The role demands strong research, writing, and graphic design skills, as well as an understanding of digital and production delivery.
