About the position

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in running marketing campaigns, managing resources, and delivering against marketing objectives. You will work hands-on with agencies, internal stakeholders, and our sales teams to create compelling content, execute multi-channel campaigns, and measure success through actionable insights. Responsibilities

  • Writing a marketing plan and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with the whole of the marketing mix, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
  • Developing and implementing content strategies that tell compelling stories and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and gain feedback to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and partners to support campaign delivery.
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance using Salesforce and other analytics tools.
  • Managing email marketing programs and coordinating digital agency efforts.
  • Creating and aligning marketing campaigns with web content, SEO strategies, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Leveraging marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM tools to enhance customer engagement.
  • Interpreting digital analytics to optimize campaigns and improve return on investment.
  • Presenting campaign updates and business cases to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Supporting marketing operations and contribute to team efficiency and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on campaign execution.
  • Experience in B2B and channel marketing environments, creating marketing plans and coordinating the marketing mix and resources to achieve.
  • Expertise in brand development, storytelling, content creation, and audience-focused messaging.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for campaign measurement and reporting.
  • Experience managing digital agencies and email campaigns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Autonomous and confident in leading projects and managing processes.
  • PowerPoint, Smart Sheet, MS Office proficiency.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, 6Sense) and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Experience in the physical security, access control, or wider security technology industry is beneficial but not essential.
