About the position

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to work with a marketing dream team and support them with his/her leadership and expertise in developing and executing marketing and production strategies. This integral position requires a hard work ethic, computer skills, business professionalism, excellent communication skills, great customer service, solid project management skills and exceptional attention to detail. The role also involves managing brand and related marketing projects (production, digital ads, collateral, e-marketing, direct mail, web, media and more) for eight of our Star Group brand/areas. The ideal Senior Marketing Manager must have outstanding organizational and project management skills and be able to multi-task as needed. This is a hybrid model, which will require two days per week on site at the South Plainfield NJ location to support team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Working with our creative team and agencies, launch/manage and track marketing projects and lead-generating efforts for one of the largest home comfort providers in the country.
  • Manage all media and digital advertising execution for eight brand/areas and be the primary liaison/contact for agency. Review, manage, proof and track all submissions.
  • Launch and track campaigns in online project management system (Trello) as well as ROI in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Manage customer communications via email marketing, as well as social content and website article launches for eight brand/areas.
  • Point of contact for support of field sales personnel with local advertising, collateral, special projects and media needs. Conduct bi-weekly status meetings.
  • Manage budgets and accruals for marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Liaise with our internal online marketing team and brand managers to ensure continuity of the brand.
  • Assist with coordinating our Habitat for Humanity and Feeding America initiatives locally to support our corporate partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Communications preferred.
  • 10+ years' experience in corporate marketing or agency environment -- managing media and marketing plans, budgets, developing marketing or advertising strategies and collateral and managing direct mail, electronic and social media campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, achieve deadlines and manage budgets.
  • Ably manage external vendor relationships and liaise with corporate and field sales personnel as needed.
