About the position

The Senior Paid Search Manager will be responsible for owning, managing and scaling our branded and non-branded paid search marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be required to set up, manage and optimize our paid search marketing and online advertising. You will work closely with our Marketing, Analytics and Technology teams to create and strategize campaigns that focus on acquiring high-value customers while maintaining efficiency and fostering growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the company’s SEM subject matter expert, managing day-to-day paid search marketing efforts across Google, Microsoft Ads and other sources via both manual and automated optimization, ensuring that business goals are reached.
  • Work towards clear KPI’s and drive a team culture of accountability, hunger for data and excellence across digital programs.
  • Manage and measure performance across an evergreen portfolio of keyword targets while conducting ongoing testing within accounts leveraging the latest features and/or technologies internal or external to each of the platforms.
  • Closely monitor the ever-changing competitive landscape and build scalable solutions to stay ahead of trends.
  • Work closely with stakeholders at Google and Microsoft, as well as cross-functionally across the Americor Technology, Analytics and Marketing teams.
  • Responsible for automation, tagging, and data integrity issues with cross-functional stakeholders internal and external to the organization.
  • Continuously monitor competition and maintain a sense of urgency, creativity, and curiosity about how to continue to outperform the competition in SEM.
  • Responsible for reporting and communication of key results, tests, plans, budget, trends, and initiatives to Senior Management.
  • Be a key contributor to the Americor Conversion Rate Optimization program, offering ideas and insights.

Requirements

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. SQL experience a plus.
  • Proficient with structuring and performing complex testing and analysis within paid search to drive growth and effective results.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor, and other bulk marketing creation tools.
