This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Wells Fargo’s Human Resources transformation to deliver compelling experiences to our team through elegant processes and technology solutions. The Senior Business Execution Consultant will deliver integrated learning technology solutions and ensure alignment of HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. The well-qualified candidate will have Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP) experience and is a hands-on contributor with effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills and knowledge of the tasks required to deliver solutions leveraging both in-house and SAAS based applications.
