The Administration and Assistance Design team is central to Microsoft's cloud strategy and our broader mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. Our team owns the end-to-end admin and support ecosystem. From the Microsoft Admin Portal to diagnostics, agent tooling, and telemetry systems that drive continuous product improvement. We believe in doing, learning from mistakes, and staying obsessed with delivering the best support experience possible. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead the design of tools that deliver self-help content to millions of Microsoft customers. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to translate business goals into intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences. You'll be expected to bring an understanding of the full design process-from information architecture and interaction design to visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
