About the position

One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Insights in the United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of data tools and analytics infrastructure that power insight-driven decisions across healthcare operations. As Senior Product Manager, you will shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of data products that support internal teams with timely, reliable, and actionable insights. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to integrate complex healthcare data sources, improve data quality, and enhance user experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical understanding, a strategic mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision for analytics and insight-related data products
  • Oversee integration of large-scale healthcare datasets (e.g., patient, provider, payer data) from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable data tools and systems
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and prototype new data concepts to support product development
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and translate needs into technical requirements
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA) in all data solutions
  • Maintain and prioritize a product roadmap aligned with business and user goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in data product management or healthcare data roles
  • Deep understanding of master data management and healthcare data systems at scale
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, ICD-10, Claims data, HIPAA compliance)
  • Experience working with tools such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Availity, and Lexis Nexis
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering value through innovative data solutions
