T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads), a division of T-Mobile USA, is a new business unit within the Marketing, Innovation and Experiences division focused on solving some of the biggest pain points in the media advertising industry. Our Owned & Operated suite of mobile media apps and services run on the Android and iOS platforms and are used by 10s of millions of consumers - delivering news, entertainment, and rewards to T-Mobile's customers. Join us on our mission to deliver an innovative, new approach to digital marketing. T-Ads is looking for an experienced product manager that will be responsible for managing video and gaming content within our media products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have experience managing consumer mobile apps, entertainment content properties or ad-tech products and working in cross-functional teams to deliver new features and experiences on the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Manage content experiences within a complex, widely used, highly visible, consumer mobile media product.
  • Create, manage, maintain, and present product plans, business cases and roadmaps.
  • Work closely with outside organizations and vendors to source great content experiences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and business Leadership to understand and execute strategy.
  • Identify and capture product opportunities, prioritize features, establish project timelines, ensure successful product delivery, and meet revenue goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in a large organization as well as outside vendors to continuously deliver new product features, improvements, and updates.
  • Communicate, influence, and sell ideas to Leadership.
  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to optimize user experiences.
  • Recognize and communicate technical challenges to stakeholders and make educated trade-off decisions.
  • Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive product innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
  • Advanced level understanding of customer experience.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including market research, ideation, user testing, and agile development.
  • Strong writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
  • Technical understanding of mobile app technologies and platforms as well as online and mobile advertising technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
