Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Head of Product to develop product roadmaps and strategies, contributing to both short- and long-term goals.
  • Takes ownership of specific product initiatives, driving them forward independently while ensuring alignment on broader strategic directions.
  • Leads the product lifecycle for assigned features and initiatives, from ideation to market delivery.
  • Conducts in-depth customer research, synthesizes insights, and develops actionable product improvements.
  • Works closely with engineering, data, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of product features.
  • May manage both internal and external stakeholders, filtering client feedback and negotiating product direction.
  • Leads sprints and collaborates in an agile environment, using product management tools in a lean but effective way.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading products from concept to market, managing cross-functional teams, and driving product strategy.
  • Experience leading product sprints in an agile environment, using tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar.
  • Strong skills in conducting user research and turning insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using data to drive product decisions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tooling that supports product analytics is helpful.
