Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption, shape and articulate value proposition of digital platforms to internal and external partners.
  • Partner with Baxter divisions and Connected Care Group to understand platform needs and assess current pan-Baxter adoption of digital platforms and their features.
  • Assist Baxter divisions and devices in onboarding to Baxter digital platforms to address customer needs, enhance efficiencies, and optimize integration.
  • Drive and monitor customer success with existing digital platforms and features providing insights and recommendation to ensure continued adoption and improvements.
  • Develop product roadmaps through collaboration with Baxter divisions and Connected Care Group Digital Platforms teams, as well as market research, to enhance digital platforms and features.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, industry developments, and competitive environment to find opportunities for Connected Care Group product portfolio.
  • Assess financial performance of digital platforms and identify areas for growth and optimization.
  • Develop business cases and conduct financial analysis for digital platform opportunities.
  • Team with Baxter divisions to identify areas of collaboration to advance connected care and drive critical initiatives that enhance overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and Medical Affairs on identifying and developing evidence-based proof points.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Science; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in healthcare software, medical devices or equivalent with multifaceted leadership in product management.
  • Strong communicator with executive partner management expertise.
  • Ability to develop strategies, key messages and tactical execution plans.
  • Proven ability to influence others, including those globally dispersed, on other teams, in other functions, and in more senior positions.
  • Experience with financial modeling to support strategic decision making.
  • Strong technical and analytical abilities; Commercial skill to sell products and ideas.
  • Deep capability and expertise in gathering market and customer insights.
  • Managing relationships with global key opinion leaders to shape market understanding and build advocacy.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, growth-focused, and dedicated to progress.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to travel 25%.
