About the position

We want the brightest AI & ML minds to join our Fleet Product Team to help us develop and/or maintain capabilities such as: Vehicle Diagnostics via Machine Vision & Telematics, Service Automation, Partner Services, and Damage Remediation.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in ML, telematics, and vehicle diagnostics.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
- Oversee the ideation, definition, development, testing, launch, and monitoring of features end-to-end.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.
- Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes, fostering transparency and trust.
- Provide training and support to service partners and customers, ensuring they can effectively use the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Prefer an MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience (e.g. vision setting, product definition, trade off making, testing, release management, measurement / feature enhancement, etc.)
