ClosedLoop is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Growth to join our team in Austin, Texas. Historically known as healthcare's data science platform, we are now pioneering the use of generative AI to deliver personalized support to patients and providers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about changing the future of healthcare and can help us drive user growth and engagement for our new AI-powered health & wellness app, Healthy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth strategy by translating company OKRs into a prioritized backlog of hypotheses and experiments focused on key growth levers.
  • Lead the growth team's roadmap, ensuring tight alignment across engineering, design, data science, and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate and evangelize the growth strategy and its impact to the broader organization, including our executive team.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for major initiatives with a high degree of ambiguity and risk.
  • Drive complex discovery efforts, synthesizing quantitative data (analytics, A/B tests) and qualitative insights (user interviews, surveys) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Be accountable for the success of key initiatives, defining and tracking success metrics, and communicating results and learnings to the entire company.
  • Drive continuous process improvements for product development and experimentation, always seeking to increase the team's velocity and impact.
  • Champion process improvements, identifying gaps in our current product development lifecycle and implementing new frameworks or methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead by example in collaboration, fostering a high-trust, high-accountability environment across engineering, design, data, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, primarily in consumer product.
  • A proven track record of driving significant business and user growth through product strategy and execution for a consumer product.
  • Demonstrated measurable success as product manager for a consumer mobile app.
  • The ability to drive value through strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with the ability to tell a compelling narrative.
  • Deep understanding of discovery techniques to identify and test hypotheses and assumptions.
  • Good judgment and awareness of when to stop and pivot to something else.
