As a Senior Product Manager you will drive the core product and tools enabling Capsule to deliver a magical experience for our customers and doctors. Product areas include our communications platforms, workflow tools, and LLM enabled automation. You will focus on improvements that create a seamless customer experience while also delivering operational platform enhancements that enable the best work of Capsule's operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product strategy and execution for your cross-functional squad, partnering with product design, engineering, operations and other stakeholders to consistently ship products that delight our customers and advance our mission of reconnecting medication into healthcare.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative learnings to develop a deep intuition for what is important to our customers (consumers, doctors & partners, internal teams), and use that to drive your squad's roadmap and help shape the overall product strategy.
  • Define success and ensure the data is in place to measure our progress. Rally your team around what winning looks like and how we get there.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years in a product management capacity, preferably in an operations-facing role.
  • Demonstrated track record of earning the trust of stakeholders and partnering to ensure successful product roll-outs.
  • Experience using LLMs and familiarity with prompt techniques.
  • You have experience working in a startup environment (or strong desire to do so).
