About the position

Ziff Davis Shopping helps millions of shoppers discover and save, delivering exceptional consumer and merchant-advertiser experiences across a portfolio of leading mobile and ecommerce brands. Our domestic brands include RetailMeNot, Offers.com, Blackfriday.com, TechBargains and more. We also run the leading Cash Back, Reward and Coupon codes brands in the UK (Voucher Codes). We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Personalization Program and accelerate our shift from one-size-fits-all savings to personalized, loyalty-building experiences. In this role, you'll define and deliver a roadmap that transforms casual coupon users into high-value, repeat deal seekers by surfacing the right offers, content, and journeys at the right moments across our platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Personalization Program, balancing short term needs with long-term strategic innovation
  • Lead personalization platform efforts: partner with Engineering to define APIs, tooling, and experimentation frameworks that enable loyalty‑driven experiences across email, app, web, and extensions.
  • Collaborate with CRM, CDP, Data Science, and Engineering to develop ML-powered experimentation and recommendation models
  • Partner cross-functionally (Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Design) to deliver scalable and measurable personalized experiences that drive engagement and retention
  • Define and track key success metrics to measure program performance and continuously optimize and iterate
  • Stay ahead in loyalty, personalization, and engagement trends; evangelize best practices and champion innovation
  • Comfortable shipping rapid iterations, running MVPs, and pivoting based on user feedback in an agile environment
  • Lead with user-centric approach, outcome-driven prioritization, technical excellence, and strong cross-team leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketing tech, or loyalty/rewards programs
  • Experience with CRM/CDP platforms (e.g., Braze, HighTouch) to power personalized engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals
  • Passion for driving measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and loyalty through personalized experiences
