Responsibilities
- Own the Core Product Vision: Develop and champion a clear, compelling product vision and strategic roadmap for our core speech to text subscription services.
- Develop Growth-Driving Capabilities: Identify and build new product features that create scalable pathways for subscription growth.
- Deepen Customer-Centricity: Engage deeply with our diverse customer base to understand their workflows and pain points.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Work with AI engineers, data scientists, and design teams to guide the development of the core platform and user experience.
- Master Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a significant track record of managing and scaling successful B2B or B2B2C SaaS subscription products.
- A strong understanding of AI/ML-powered platforms.
- Direct experience with automated speech recognition (ASR) or related language technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate at a high strategic level while managing detailed, tactical execution.
- Strong aptitude for user research and empathy.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering and science teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong bias for action and a passion for achieving measurable business outcomes.
