These solutions orchestrate multi-party collaboration between carriers and service providers (rental, salvage, repair, etc.), improving transparency, speed, and experience throughout the claims process. This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role ideal for a technically adept product leader with experience owning APIs, integrating with partners, managing cross-functional complexity, and scaling B2B platforms. You'll need to navigate between strategic planning and hands-on delivery-balancing deep customer empathy with rigorous prioritization and roadmap storytelling.
