About the position

PayPal, Inc. seeks Senior Product Manager in New York, NY. The role involves leading a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiences. Responsibilities include analyzing, quantifying, and articulating trade-offs of product roadmap features, identifying, designing, experimenting, and iterating on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research. The candidate will define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch products, and use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making. Partial telecommuting is permitted from within a commutable distance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer and Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Eight years of consumer web or mobile product management experience.
  • Ability to deliver successful large-scale mobile products.
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environments.
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
