About the position

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic management of all aspects of a product's commercial success. The successful candidate will drive product strategy, collaborate across functions, and foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business growth and thought leadership. This role requires serving as a subject matter expert for Asset Management regulatory requirements and changes in the United States and European region, such as SEC 13G/D, SEC 13F, ESMA Short-sale reporting, and ESMA Transparency Directive II. The position involves engaging directly with clients, forging relationships, and delivering impactful solutions, with approximately 50% of the time spent on client interactions. The role also includes collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across the US and EMEA regions, with occasional travel both within the US and internationally.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management within the industry.
  • Strong knowledge in at least one of the following regulatory frameworks: SEC 13G/D, SEC 13F, ESMA Short Sale Reporting, ESMA Transparency Directive II.
  • Proven ability to navigate regulatory complexities and coordinate with asset managers.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinker with insight, initiative, and leadership.
