About the position

This key role is responsible for the success and growth of our consumer financial products, orchestrating go-to-market strategies and execution to bring our innovative features to market and achieve our goals. You will use consumer research to distill insights that understand and empathize with our existing and prospective clients and their needs. These will influence our product-lead growth, segmentation, messaging and experimentation strategies. You’ll have excellent end-to-end campaign build and management skills, understanding the consumer lifecycle and how to engage customers effectively at all points. A key part of this role will be the deployment of campaigns to grow market share as well as to drive engagement within the Kraken user base. This role will require both strategic thinking as well as campaign management, so be prepared to get involved with the full end-to-end process of campaign ownership and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Work on some of the most important and dynamic products in Kraken’s portfolio
  • Directly impact how we communicate and bring our products to life
  • Transform customer insights into product value propositions and go to market strategies
  • Be responsible for key product KPIs that drive business growth and impact
  • Engage with our audience in creative new ways to grow our market share
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to deliver campaigns and influence change
  • Be a champion for Consumer Product Marketing across the Kraken organization

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of previous experience in consumer product marketing, martech product management, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong background in cryptocurrency or fintech
  • Deep interest in crypto and belief in its future impact on economics, trade, and society
  • Concise speaker, storyteller, and writer with the ability to distill narratives from complex data sets
  • Understanding of how campaigns are planned, built, and delivered
  • Ability to communicate clearly and involve stakeholders early and often
  • Ability to address urgency head-on and handle difficult, ambiguous situations
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
