About the position

Gainwell is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our public health and Medicaid solutions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our solutions are effectively communicated to state agencies and public sector decision-makers. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the product management and Field Marketing/ABM team to develop product narratives, create compelling content, and drive demand for Gainwell's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Gainwell healthcare and public sector solutions, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Craft and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates Gainwell's solutions in the market, tailored to public health and Medicaid stakeholders.
  • Create and manage a wide range of marketing content, including solution briefs, white papers, case studies, and presentations that support both product-level and account-based marketing efforts.
  • Equip sales and account teams with the tools and training needed to effectively communicate the value of Gainwell's solutions, including battlecards, product presentations, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform product strategy and marketing messaging.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and the Field Marketing/ABM team to ensure product marketing efforts are aligned with overall go-to-market strategies and customer needs.
  • Lead product and solution launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and strong market adoption.
  • Engage with customers, prospects, and sales teams to gather feedback and insights that inform ongoing product development and marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for complex solutions.
  • Strong experience in crafting product positioning, messaging, and content that speaks to decision-makers in state and government agencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market data and insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
