Product marketers operate at the intersection of Product Management, Marketing, and Sales. We are the architects of our product's go-to-market strategy focused on driving business growth - from new product introduction and content strategy, to demand generation, events, sales enablement, and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product management to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Own messaging, positioning and content strategy to articulate how our products solve key customer problems.
  • Work with sales and marketing to understand key customer journeys and drive product awareness.
  • Drive sales readiness by equipping Datadog sellers with the necessary knowledge and resources.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and drive initiatives to establish Datadog's differentiated position.
  • Produce relevant case studies that celebrate customer success and inspire prospects.
  • Generate impactful thought leadership content to establish industry leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Product Marketer, Product Manager, Sales Engineer or relevant experience in a Cybersecurity company.
  • Knowledge of the Cloud Security landscape and understanding of security technologies.
  • BS in a STEM field or significant Software Engineering experience.
  • Passionate about Tech with understanding of modern system architecture, cloud computing, DevOps, and Application Security.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with technical and business audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Practitioner knowledge and/or experience in security or security operations.
  • Comfortable marketing to diverse audiences from practitioners to executive decision makers.
