About the position

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced marketing team. This is a high-impact role focused on generating revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns. You'll lead go-to-market efforts, drive product adoption, and collaborate across teams to ensure our suite of products-including courseware, simulations, certifications, and curriculum-achieves its full growth potential. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a seasoned, data-driven marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves connecting product value with customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
  • Design and implement integrated campaigns to drive qualified leads, using: Email marketing, Digital advertising and paid search, Organic and paid social media, Webinars and virtual events, Industry conferences and trade shows, SEO-optimized content and landing pages, Sales enablement content and tools
  • Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute launch plans for new products and features
  • Align positioning and messaging across marketing and sales
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and value proposition across channels
  • Collaborate with product, portfolio, and sales teams to ensure product-market fit
  • Team & Project Leadership
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team and cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from strategy through execution
  • Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency and optimize performance
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs and campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including: Lead volume, Email engagement rates, Landing page conversion, Pipeline contribution and revenue growth
  • Use insights to optimize future marketing efforts
  • Collaboration & Market Research
  • Partner with sales to reduce churn, improve conversion, and drive upsells
  • Conduct market and customer research to refine personas and strategy
  • Act as the voice of the customer to improve product positioning

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience-preferably in B2B, EdTech, or K-12 sectors
  • Proven success launching and scaling lead generation and go-to-market campaigns
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into actionable plans
  • Passion for innovation with a willingness to test and iterate
  • Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable with high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing tools
