About the position

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead business development and the regional product marketing strategy with cutting-edge Infineon connectivity products such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi+Bluetooth MCU combos. In your new role you will lead business development and marketing strategy to drive sales for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi+Bluetooth MCU combos in collaboration with Infineon sales and product lines. You will define and deploy the Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate its regional execution, focusing on key applications and customers. You will be responsible for market analysis, competitors' landscape and product gap analysis, and will be capable of driving and presenting the opportunity pipeline to Infineon executives. Additionally, you will coordinate with product lines, sales, and field application engineers on best practices to demonstrate Infineon Wi-Fi and Bluetooth value proposition and system solutions to drive product adoption and business growth. You will create market studies and models for relevant Infineon applications in the Americas and be a key member of the regional marketing team developing new product concepts, innovation, and influencing our application and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and marketing strategy to drive sales for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi+Bluetooth MCU combos in collaboration with Infineon sales and product lines.
  • Define and deploy the Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate its regional execution, focusing on key applications and customers.

Requirements

  • B.S./M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, business development or sales, and connectivity (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) or MCUs.
  • Strong understanding of wireless architecture and software ecosystem to enable sales.
  • Good understanding of competitive landscape and key market players.
  • Knowledgeable about semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing process.
  • Enjoy presenting Infineon Wireless offerings to facilitate product selection.
  • Strong sense of urgency and leadership in solving complicated business challenges.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with customers, present solutions and work closely with Infineon Sales and product lines.
  • Self-motivated to learn and take on new topics which may arise during the course of business activity.
