About the position

Amazon’s Selling Partner Services organization seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive seller success across Amazon's global marketplace. This role will lead strategic initiatives to understand and support sellers in key regions, leveraging data analytics and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will develop and implement programs that enhance seller performance, improve the overall selling experience, and contribute to the expansion of Amazon's third-party ecosystem. This position requires expertise in program management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams worldwide. The role is critical in advancing SPS's mission of making Amazon the premier platform for businesses to start, grow, and succeed in e-commerce globally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve seller insights frameworks using comprehensive marketplace data
  • Monitor and analyze seller performance trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and business teams to create scalable solutions that enhance seller success
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and impact on seller growth initiatives
  • Lead global programs in partnership with worldwide stakeholders, establishing and achieving strategic targets
  • Create and maintain performance reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility through standard Amazon documentation
  • Drive effective communication across all organizational levels and geographic regions
  • Maintain high standards of business communication through clear, actionable messaging that aligns stakeholders on strategic priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience managing stakeholders and partners to drive cross functional programs

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
