Perficient has a career opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Product Development Consulting business unit and help us lead organizations in assessing and implementing product operating model transformations and strategic initiatives. This Senior Project Manager role will be a strategic role within the Perficient organization working on best practices and execution of the Product Operating Model (POM). They will work with their clients defining their strategic initiatives, product roadmaps and/or transformation models. The Senior Project Manager role will focus on leading client interactions with stakeholders and leaders, understanding where the organization is today in their journey and putting together a plan for transformation and optimization. This role will be a product and people leader, mentor, coach and strategic thinker.
Responsibilities
- Lead organizations in assessing and implementing product operating model transformations.
- Define strategic initiatives and product roadmaps with clients.
- Engage with stakeholders and leaders to understand their current organizational journey.
- Develop plans for transformation and optimization.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of product operating models.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
