We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to lead day-to-day operations across our multi-brand portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring best-in-class deliverability, operational excellence, and continuous optimization of our digital marketing programs. You'll collaborate closely with CRM Strategy, Brand Marketing, and MarTech teams to maintain a scalable, data-driven SFMC architecture-one that powers more personalized, effective, and cross-channel customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy promotional email and SMS campaigns across GE Appliances' brand portfolio
  • Develop and maintain customer journeys, triggered sends, automations, and campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Marketing Cloud Connector, and Mobile Studio
  • Manage campaign workflows and deployment timelines, maintaining accuracy through Jira ticketing and calendars
  • Own segmentation strategies, including management of publication and suppression lists
  • Maintain and query data extensions using SQL, and manage API integrations and data imports
  • Support object-triggered automations and customer lifecycle triggers
  • Monitor and escalate error alerts to ensure minimal disruption and rapid resolution
  • Partner with stakeholders to align campaign planning with brand goals and audience strategies
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, playbooks, and platform standards
  • Champion SFMC best practices and lead the evaluation and piloting of new platform capabilities
  • Define campaign KPIs and performance benchmarks in partnership with CRM and Analytics teams
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests; analyze results and recommend optimization strategies
  • Lead continuous 'test & learn' initiatives to improve personalization, deliverability, and engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud at scale
  • Deep working knowledge of Mobile Studio, including SMS/MMS and mobile push best practices
  • Strong proficiency in Marketing Cloud Analytics (Analytics Builder), Datorama, or Tableau
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a multi-brand B2C environment, ideally within consumer products or appliances
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM Cloud and its integration with SFMC
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and basic SSJS for personalization and data transformation
  • Working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana
