About the position

The Lead Automotive TAM will conduct market analysis, technology trends, ecosystem, and competitive landscape to provide key insight that influences decisions. This role supports the production of marketing collaterals for business development and sales, and the operationalization of the Automotive strategic plan, including GTM strategy, increasing MSS, and defensive strategies against increasing competition. The position requires collaboration with business development leaders on the execution of the Automotive Strategic Plan and marketing collaterals, as well as working closely with product and architecture teams to triangulate information from different sources to build business cases for Automotive Products. The role also involves working with the EBU strategic planning team and Central MI team on market conditions, competitor products, and pricing. Position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel and may allow for part-time telecommuting from home.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis, technology trends, ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the production of marketing collaterals for business development and sales.
  • Support the operationalization of Automotive strategic plan, including GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with business development leaders on the execution of Automotive Strategic Plan.
  • Work closely with product and architecture teams to build business cases for Automotive Products.
  • Collaborate with EBU strategic planning team and Central MI team on market conditions and competitor products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Segment Marketing Specialist-related occupation.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools including Tableau and Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, pivot tables, pivot graphs, lookup tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and large data visualization.
  • Experience in Electronics Hardware Design including Car Architecture diagrams and SoC/Memory interface.
  • Knowledge of memory technologies and their usage in car architecture including DRAM, NAND, NOR.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools including Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools including Seismic.com.
  • Ability to analyze various data sources to develop long-term business plans.
