Senior Software Engineer, AI Applications

About the position

We learn fast, adapt quickly, and thrive in a constantly evolving environment. We collaborate closely with product managers and designers, stepping beyond traditional engineering roles. Our engineers are versatile, contributing across frontend, backend, algorithms, and even product planning when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features in close collaboration with design, product, and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to system architecture and drive improvements in code quality
• Enhance product performance, stability, and reliability through debugging and optimization

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: web, mobile, backend (e.g., python, recommendation & search)
• Strong curiosity and willingness to explore beyond your core skill set
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to excel in fast-paced environments
• Passion for building products with great user experience

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with speech technologies (e.g., ASR, TTS)
• Familiarity with image generation models (e.g., Flux)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning
• Hands-on experience building large-scale high-performance system
