Responsibilities

  • Craft the technological backbone of our marketplace, engineering seamless experiences that connect people with their passions.
  • Develop cutting-edge software solutions that enhance the scalability and functionality of our global ticketing platform.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of software architecture to predict user needs before they even feel them.
  • Collaborate across teams to pioneer new features and services that redefine how people attend live events.
  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating feedback and metrics from real-world use into development cycles.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in software development across multiple programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Go.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing robust, mission-critical systems.
  • Experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact.
  • Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools.
  • Understanding of the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) or chatbots.
  • Engagement with real-time ticketing systems or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • A knack for user-centric design thinking, always aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excited by the challenge of solving complex problems.
  • A passion for live events, whether music, sports, theater, or anything in between.
