We partner with our customers to help them build and retain world-class teams through planning, communicating, and benchmarking their team’s compensation in real time. Our Market Pricing and Plan & Execute teams build the products that enable our customers to create and maintain compensation bands, which are utilized in various compensation planning strategies to reward high performers and retain top talent. Over the next year, we have an ambitious roadmap that encompasses the entire compensation strategy lifecycle. Within our agile teams, we value strong ownership and collaboration, and we expect you to be comfortable and excited about navigating ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain compensation bands in an ever-changing labor market.
- Utilize compensation bands in various compensation planning strategies.
- Visualize compensation planning outputs for employees in their Total Rewards portals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on requirements.
- Prototype to test ideas before committing to building.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience using modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Node/Express, MySQL), preferably at technology companies.
- Strong product sense and customer understanding.
- Ability to adjust approach based on project needs.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and filling in gaps in product/design specs.
