Responsibilities

  • Design and build backend services to support personalized and scalable incentive experiences.
  • Contribute to system architecture and long-term technical strategy for our incentives platform.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement new incentive types and targeting logic.
  • Drive experimentation and measurement through robust logging, analytics, and A/B testing capabilities.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of features—from ideation and design to launch and iteration.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security at scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years experience writing low latency, large scale distributed systems.
  • You tackle challenges with tenacity and creativity.
  • You take pride in executing excellently and quickly.
  • You can balance strategic thinking with execution, making thoughtful trade-offs to deliver results.
  • A life philosophy of continuous improvement: you are always pushing yourself and your peers to raise the bar.

  • Mentor junior developers on the team and lead project of large complexity.
