Responsibilities
- Design and build backend services to support personalized and scalable incentive experiences.
- Contribute to system architecture and long-term technical strategy for our incentives platform.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement new incentive types and targeting logic.
- Drive experimentation and measurement through robust logging, analytics, and A/B testing capabilities.
- Own end-to-end delivery of features—from ideation and design to launch and iteration.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security at scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years experience writing low latency, large scale distributed systems.
- You tackle challenges with tenacity and creativity.
- You take pride in executing excellently and quickly.
- You can balance strategic thinking with execution, making thoughtful trade-offs to deliver results.
