As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Miamisburg, OH, Columbus, OH, Jacksonville, FL, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, or Philadelphia, PA. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate that into development strategy and application design.
  • Lead other developers while managing your own development workload.
  • Analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Agile methodology - comfortable contributing in daily standups, user story refinement, sprint reviews and demos.
  • Build unit test coverage.
  • Work with QE testers to provide input into their test plans.

Requirements

  • Back End: .Net Core/6/8, .Net framework, C#, advanced concepts (ie dependency injection).
  • Front End: Angular 18+, advanced concepts – state management, library creation, rxjs, reactive forms, content projection, ElectronJS.
  • DevOps (Containers, OCP, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Jenkins.
  • MicroService Architecture.
  • REST API’s.
  • Hands on experience with the above job responsibilities.
