The Outlook Copilot Service (OCS) team is building intelligent, AI-powered experiences across Outlook. You’ll join a fast-moving, high-impact team that thrives on innovation, experimentation, and delivering delightful user experiences. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Outlook Copilot Service team, you will design and build scalable, reliable, and secure backend services that power AI-driven features in Outlook. You’ll take ownership of service design and delivery, ensuring high availability, performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting in one of Microsoft’s most visible services.
