About the position

Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching. One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer in the United States. As a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on full-stack development (70% frontend), you will design and develop high-impact applications that streamline hospital operations. Working with modern technologies like React, Typescript, Python, and AWS services, you will play a key role in delivering scalable solutions that improve patient care. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, data-driven user interfaces and backend services that drive positive change in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of dynamic, responsive web applications using React and Typescript, focusing on delivering seamless user experiences.
  • Contribute to backend services and APIs using Python (preferably Django), ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Utilize AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway) to build and maintain cloud-native applications.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and help shape engineering practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive, impactful solutions.
  • Take ownership of features from concept to deployment, ensuring quality and maintainability across the full stack.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to setting the technical direction of the platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong emphasis on frontend development using React and Typescript.
  • Proficiency in backend development with Python, particularly with frameworks like Django or similar.
  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services, including Lambda, Step Functions, and S3.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a product-first mindset to deliver user-focused solutions.
